How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order as well as where you are located. We ship using two carriers, USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are determined by the carriers and will be calculated for you in your cart once shipping address is added. We work hard to get you the best rates possible when shipping your order.
If your order is a monthly subscription, shipping is FREE!
All other orders shipping rates will apply.
Can I track my purchase?
Yes, once your order has been fulfilled by our team and shipping label created, our system will send you a tracking # for your order.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Discount codes need to be applied at the checkout. There is a box there where you can enter the code and if the code is valid it will apply it to your purchase.
I live nearby, can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, in person pickup at our warehouse is not available. All orders will be shipped out.
I didn't receive my order but it says it was delivered. What do I do?
Send us an email at customerservice@stationsouthcollective.com and we'll work to track your package down. If the carrier has indeed 'lost' your package we will file a claim with the carrier and a new package will be sent out to you at no charge.
How do I return my order?
Please refer to our refund policy to see if your package is eligble to be returned. If it qualifies, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@stationsouthcollective.com to start the return process and we'll be happy to help you get the product back to us.
When will skincare be available?
Our all natural skincare line will be returning in 2025 with some of your favorites. Stay tuned.

Why does my One Scoop Wonder™ bag look like it has yellow staining on the outside package?
Turmeric, found in our Collagen, imparts a yellow hue to the powder. Occasionally, excess powder during the bag filling process may stain the bag. Nevertheless, the sealed bag remains intact and safe.
